What level are the Bootcamp classes?

The bootcamp classes are designed to challenge you at any level. Modifications are always made available and participants are encouraged to work at a level that is appropriate for them. Please complete the intake form when you sign up for your first class and feel free to reach out to Sabrina if you have any special conditions you’d care to discuss with her.

What level are the Barre classes?

The barre classes are designed to challenge you at any level. Modifications are made available and participants are encouraged to work at a level that is appropriate for them. I can promise you a good burn and maybe a few f-bombs. ;)

Please complete the intake form when you sign up for your first class and feel free to reach out to Sabrina if you have any special conditions you’d care to discuss with her.

How many people are in a class?

In person outdoor classes are capped at 9 participants to ensure you have plenty of personal space. Virtual classes are capped at 12 participants. Everyone is required to sign up for class ahead of time

Do I need to wear a mask?

Only if you want to. The participants & instructor of the Outdoor Group Fitness Classes space themselves out so physical distancing is honoured. Please bring your own props (check class descriptions for details here) as we do not share props & equipment with one another.

Can I just show up for a class?

Please sign up ahead of time to ensure class capacities and physical distancing are honoured.

What about the weather?

That depends on Mother Nature.

  • We use a covered space (just a roof, no walls) for our outdoor classes so class is on rain or shine or snow or hail. ;)

  • As a group we decide when it’s time to go virtual (or hibernate). We’ve gotten very good at working out outside in the heat and the cold.

  • Please dress in accordance with the weather conditions.

Warmer weather: Light comfortable clothing, that’s easy to move in that will keep you cool. Comfortable cross trainers. Bring a towel and extra water.

Colder weather: Layer up! Multiple layers on top and bottom to help keep you warm as your internal temperature rises and as you sweat. Hat, gloves and warm socks are highly recommended. You probably won’t need a towel, but you might appreciate a warmer drink to keep you hydrated.

Do I need to buy a membership?

Nope. Although the memberships are definitely the better deals, single classes are also available at a very reasonable rate.

How do I prepare for an Intuitive Session?

This is going to be personal for everyone.

A couple general things I suggest:

  • Clear your schedule, give yourself time before and after the session to be with yourself. Write down any questions you may have.

  • Drink lots of water and get lots of rest for the week leading up to your session.

  • Log on with an open mind and an open heart.

Where do the virtual classes & sessions happen?

On Zoom, you’ll be sent a link for our time together upon booking and again, 12- 24 hours before the scheduled time. New to Zoom? Learn more here.

What happens if I need to cancel a class or session?

I get it, things come up… if you know you need to cancel/ reschedule please do so as soon as possible to respect Sabrina’s time and so that someone else can take your spot. If a payment has been made, and you cancel your class, session or package it will be added to your account as a credit for a future class, session or package. In the case of rescheduling a class or session the payment will be transferred to the new class or session.

How long will it take for Sabrina to get back to me?

It is a one woman show over here. Sabrina does her best to take care of all her clients and herself. Although she tries to reply to emails within 48 hours, sometimes it may take her a little longer. She still loves you, but she’s also working on respecting her boundaries. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
